The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) & the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (VABCC) are excited to go to Arlington, Virginia for the 5th Annual Expo for an entire weekend. This will be a fantastic weekend filled with networking, opportunities for learning, sales & shopping, and relationship building. 

New Element: This year, we sold 1539 tickets. To further increase attendance, we will offer the Expo FREE to the public. However, as a result, the exhibitor booths have increased by $50.

Who is the Virginia Black Business Directory?

The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD), powered by the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and subsidiary of the VABCC committed to amplifying the exposure of our members while advancing the economic development and social equities of black business owners. 

Our mission is to bridge the gap in wealth by fostering the inclusion of Black-owned business owners in the community, connecting directory members to consumers through community collaboration, and providing business education training and resource navigation to small businesses or aspiring entrepreneurs.

Early Bird registration is August 15, 2023 - September 1, 2023.

General Registration will open on October 1, 2023.

Early Bird Special (VABBD MEMBERS ONLY): Discount ends September 1, 2023

  • Spaces can only be held or secured with payment in full or a 50% deposit within one business day of receiving your invoice. For Early Bird Registration, the remaining payment must be made on or before September 1, 2023. Full payment must be received by September 1, 2023, to ensure your registration is not canceled and your deposit is not forfeited.


General Registration: October 1, 2023 – April 1, 2024 


  • Payment Plans Available: Payment due in full by April 1, 2024 
  • Deposit of $250 due within five days of Registration
  • Remaining payments due in equal monthly installments 
  • Final Balance due on April 1, 2024.  


Late Registration: April 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024

 

  • Payment due in full upon registration (subject to availability and price increase)
