The 5th Annual Virginia Black Business Expo is more than a vendor showcase; it’s a strategic marketplace that connects Black-owned businesses with buyers, partners, and decision-makers from across Virginia. 

With space for up to 125 vendors and exhibitors, this year’s Expo focuses on businesses that are built to buy from and built to last. Whether you offer products or services, this is your opportunity to increase visibility, generate sales, and position your business for long-term growth. 

As a vendor, you will: 

  • Showcase your business to 2,000+ anticipated attendees 
  • Engage directly with consumers, corporate buyers, and community partners 
  • Build brand awareness and customer loyalty 
  • Gain exposure through the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce marketing and promotions 
  • Be part of a milestone 5th Anniversary celebration highlighting Black business excellence 
  • This Expo is ideal for entrepreneurs who are ready to sell, scale, and strengthen their market presence.

Participants will be provided with tablecloths, one 8x10 exhibitor booth, a 6 Foot rectangular table, and two chairs. Electrical outlets will be provided to vendors upon request at an additional charge. However, due to Main Street Station's limited electrical capacity, vendors are encouraged to bring their own electrical equipment and accessories (e.g., extension cords, surge protectors).
