The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) is excited to return to Fredericksburg, Virginia for it's 3rd Annual Expo for an entire weekend. This will be an amazing weekend filled with networking, opportunities for learning, sales & shopping, and relationship building.

Vendor Booths are Exclusive to VABBD Listed Members Only. What does that mean for you, if you are not a listed member, your expo registration fee covers your first year of membership. If you are currently a member your next renewal fee is covered by your expo registration.

Move In: Friday, August 5, 2022: 9:00am - 5:00pm or Saturday Morning August 2022

Location: Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center - Exhibit Hall A Main Exihibit Hall

Each vendor space is 10x10 feet and will include: A hung ID sign, 8' solid black back drop and 6 foot skirted table, 2 Chairs, small wastebasket, electricity is $75 extra. This is an open air space, which will not allow for pinning or hanging items onto the walls, however you are free to have banners and anything else that will fit in your space. This event will be set to hold up to 150 vendors.

ONLY ONE (1) BUSINESS PER VENDOR TABLE IS ALLOWED: There are 150 Vendor Spaces available.

Hot food and dessert vendors are permitted at this venue, but spaces are very limited. All food items must come already prepared (no cooking is allowed on the premises) unless it is on an authorized, food truck. All food and dessert vendors must provide a copy of their business license, certificate of inspection and certificate of insurance in order to be an approved vendor. Food vendors must be sure to have their license/permit with the Department of Health and contact them to make them aware that they’re participating in your expo.

One Space will be reserved for each MLM/INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR, this includes Paparazzi, TLC, Bedroom Kandi, etc.

In order to provide a full and diverse experience to the community, only THREE (3) like-kind businesses will initially be accepted, with the exception unlimited Apparel vendors will be allowed. Additional like vendors will be placed on the waiting list if available tables remain.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We are unable to hold or secure spaces without your payment in full. Your balance must be in full upon registration.

REFUND POLICY - In the instance that a vendor can no longer participate, a request for a refund must be submitted via email to info@vabbd.com. Vendor fees will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. No vendor fees will be refunded after May 30, 2022.
