This is not a lecture. We break down real creative finance deal structures, talk through live deals in the room, and connect you with agents and investors who are actually doing this in the DMV. Topics include sub-to, seller financing, novation, agent-investor partnerships, and live deal review. If you have a deal you want feedback on, bring the numbers. We will look at it together.
