Extensive experience with large IDIQ’s and GWACS such as NIH CIO-SP4, GSA STARS III, GSA Polaris, and GSA OASIS, GSA OASIS+, and NASA SEWP VI.  Successfully managed Cybersecurity and Risk Management and Cybersecurity Engineering proposals resulting in contract awards.
