Eluvation Consulting is a Black-woman-owned cultural education and wellness-integrated consulting firm founded by Dr. LaShaunda “Kemi” Craddock. The firm supports secondary educators, edupreneurs, entrepreneurs, and wellness professionals in designing culturally rooted, sustainable learning and leadership experiences. Through curriculum architecture, storytelling-based pedagogy, and wellness-centered systems, Eluvation Consulting helps organizations strengthen engagement, alignment, and long-term impact.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Kemi Abifarin designs dynamic, culturally responsive environments grounded in creativity, ancestral wisdom, and storytelling.
