Magnitude Solutions LLC is a Richmond-based organizational development consultancy specializing in Organizational Capacity Development through our proprietary Integrated Capacity Development™ (ICD) framework. Founded in 2024, Magnitude Solutions brings years of strategic advisement and senior leadership experience from various sectors to help organizations build sustainable capacity across all levels, from executive leadership to frontline workforce, using a human-centered approach grounded in systems thinking and certified change management.
